4 days to laugh

Hanging life on a thread

Until the last word is spoken

4 days to laugh

3 days to cry

For my life means nothing

Until I stop counting

3 days to cry

2 days to learn

Pages can’t define

Why I crave to write

2 days to learn

1 day to live

As my hands grow numb

And my memory fades

1 day to live

0 days till death

The countdown means end

As everything dropped along with my pen
