One night two children home alone
Both were talking on the phone
Then a scream heard in sight
Nothing seen in the pitch of night
The two children went outside
They hoped their mother wouldn’t mind
They ran about yelling for the one in need
The elder child ran in lead
Since he was faster as we know
But as he crept around the corner, he crept so low
Another scream heard about
The eldest child began to pout
He didn’t know what to do
With all that has happened on east ave. two
For the second scream wasn’t the same
It was the pleading help of once who came
He ran and ran
He ran right past that garbage can
For once he turned the corner once again
That all just came to an end
For there his younger sibling on the ground
Bathed in blood without a sound
“Why?” He screamed loud that night
There was his mother lonely in sight
“Oh mom! Who could have done such a thing to end it all?”
His mother smirked and came closer, standing tall
The child screamed because he knew
The question didn’t remain too long “Who?”
For it was the child’s mother
Who had killed his young brother?
