One says red
As I’ll say black
You’ll say love
While I say hate
So many differences
So little time
You’ll say hugs
I’ll say ew
You’ll say talk
I’ll say silence
I’ll smile for the pleasure
As you’ll frown with frustration
You’ll speak the only one
As I say there is no one
You say I don’t understand
As I know it all
You’ll live with the good
As I’ll die with the bad
You say sweet
I’ll say sour
You say gentle
I’ll play rough
I’ll mimic the opposite
As you’ll play my own game
You say hi
As I’ll say bye
You’ll speak the truth
As my words are lies
These are the opposites of my life
You’re just playing by my own rules.
