Life And The RockA Poem by Inner Rain10/21/09
It is covered with the moss and seed of the successful
Gently covered with the morning dew of the sentimental Grains of sand fall from it without care or notice On the tip of the tallest peak would be bliss It breaks into pieces to fill up the cracks of others Finding out, forms, the music with such wonders Hidden and unspoken of beneath the layers of earth and grass Affected little by weather, so it just lets time pass From deep within the earth, to form tall mountains Chipped away, shaped and covered by rushing silver fountains Solid and hard it has remained through think and thin But dig deeper and you will find a precious jewel within © 2010 Inner Rain |
