Oh, let the moon float in the cobalt air
But I shan't stop searching for him in the dark
Let the sun run away, and let CHRIST be giver of light
And I will go on singing and dancing in the park

If the sea may rise to the highest mountain
I shall soar like a bird, mocking the floodwaters
If the ocean will throw its waves on me, to cause me pain
I shall face it first in line and not hear its evil mutters

Let the earth tear itself apart, let the grounds shake
To the helpless and needy, I will always hold out my hand
Everything I own, I allow the world to just take
Cause with GOD by my side, together, forever I will stand
