Still Morning

Still Morning

A Poem by Inner Rain

Water falls from the ceiling
And life comes to a stop
My eyes alone can see the sight I'm seeing
No longer does the rain drop

Each drop of happiness burst with a surprise
On the wing of a smile i flew
Stripped bare from my loathsome disguise
Clear as the morning drops of dew
