A Day In Tagaytay

A Day In Tagaytay

A Poem by Inner Rain

With sun still smiling in the sky
With bees buzzing about their hive
A flower's petals picking on poor pests
With wind whooshing about the warmest

Leaves whisper in the warm wind
As the birds in bothered sing
The rain trickles a tiny drizzles
By the pond of being

Up in a tree, with everything to see
Hiding behind trillions of tattered leaves
On the bark, a cinnamon brown
Hoping for my face to be unfound
Whenever one looks around
