Mirrored Me

Mirrored Me

A Poem by Inner Rain
"

A Shakespearean Sonnet

"

I look into the mirror during the day
I peer into it during the night
I'm a loss of words, i have none to say
You've blown my candle, stole my light

I saw you, i see me no more
Since you left, I've been seeing you
On the beach, washed ashore
No changing back, without a a canoe

You, i now aimlessly reflect
When in pain, i cant go back
To my soul i cant connect
Too mixed, to fend off attack

Look what you've done, come and see
I am you, you have mirrored me

God ,what lovely thoughts..You ve mirrored me
I saw you ,I see me no more,Since you left ,I only see you,On my beach washed ashore
You now I aimlessly reflect,To my soul I cant connect, look what you ve done
Come and see, there is no more of me,You just mirrored all of me
oh what loveliness,so much for wild imagination
lovely write..
