Untitled Misery

Untitled Misery

A Poem by Inner Rain

I sit on this very bench
Cold & drenched
Not from the rain;
But more of the pain

In my heart a knife
With no more chance of living my life
A life I never lived
In which all I did was hid

The rains from my eyes pour,
As I enter through the door.
You ask me what is wrong
& I know I cannot hold on for long

A devastating pain in my chest
In it laid a pale moon of its test
I drop to my knees
As my curse succeeds

I take I'm my last breath
As I approached my death
Some one save me
Breathe life back into me
