Feet Away

It's everything about her style,

Her hair, Her Eyes, and her smile.

How she doesn't even have to try,

Yet makes me such a happy guy.

How with each other we are real,

And can't explain why it is we feel.

How being together is a pure joy,

Due to all the things that we enjoy.

How every moment is worth while,

Cause together we always smile.

The one thing that I can't get past,

How we moved past friends so fast.

How no matter how bad of a day,

She can make me smile in some way.

How even now I sit here and stare,

So badly wishing we were a pair.

I here sit with a smile on my face,

She turns, my hearts starts to race.

She stands only a few feet away,

Making me smile on my worst day.

She turns and flashes me a smile,

Making my writing mind turn a dial.

How cute she is hiding behind her hair,

Sometime I wonder how it is even fair.

That I have been so lucky to meet,

Such a beauty with lips so sweet.

She's given my world a new light,

How could I never put up a fight.

No it's time for her to leave today,

All I want to do is ask her to stay.
