Strong Enough

Everyone will say the same,

Then show you a lie so lame.

I don't want to be one of them,

Show my light as nothing but dim.

You're strong and need no human,

And For that I am a major fan.

I don't want to be just a need,

Don't want you out of my greed.

I want to stand right by your side,

Be able to help you along this ride.

One thing that's so unforgivable,

Is to take why you're an individual.

Your uniqueness and all that it brings,

Worth more than any ole flings.

If things were to get a lil dark,

A light I want to help to spark.

I know life can give bad stuff,

You'll win, you're strong enough. 

So we can always go at your speed,

I want to be your choice, not a need.

Be the one to stand by my words,

Proving I'm more than king of nerds.

Be a reason for you to you have smiles,

No matter if I have to walk 100 miles.

I know I was never a part of your plan,
