A Hero's Curse

A Hero's Curse

A Poem by Inked Superman

Life Just seems so bland,
You appear, frozen I stand.
Middle of a crowded room,
Lost sense of all the doom.
No idea who you could be,
Just know I want to see.
Over time became a friend,
Knowing that's was the end.
See I knew from that day,
I would always be that way.
I'll try to help through it,
Even if my heart is what's hit.
Even if it sounds lame and sappy,
All I want is for you to be happy.
Guess Cause I'm just too nice,
I'll help you no matter the price.
Always to feel like the zero,
Guess it's the curse of a hero.
Always wanting to give it a whirl,
Knowing heroes don't get the girl.
