Together is where we are,
Together no matter how far.
By your side is where is stand,
Always there to hold your hand.
I never want for you to leave,
All it would do is make me grieve.
With us together I feel I am strong,
Us apart would be just all wrong.
My past has been good and bad,
I have been very happy and sad.
My heart can be small as a dime,
Recently I've had a new rhyme.
Happiness something I see near,
Only with you though my dear.
With my past behind my back,
I choose to stray from the black.
Now I see you as my new light,
