Inside Me

One thing life has taught me,
Is no one can ever be trusted.
When you trust, you're not free,
Cause trust will get you busted.
I have trusted people with much.
From my heart to my very mind,
And every time I feel the punch.
Inside lives something so blind.
Inside lives a creature of horror,
Waiting for the day to be set free.
I've hid it good, but not anymore,
