Away From Black

I stayed in the shadows all the time,
and all my poems had a dark rhyme.
Now I find it all pretty of funny,
One person can make the world sunny.
For us to meet was meant to be,
Then you left and I fell to a knee.
I know I want you to come back,
before my world goes back black.
With you I saw life with new eyes,
Then you left, ignoring my cries.
Without you my life seems unreal,
I try to act like the Man of Steel.
Completely loosing you is my fear,
I don't know which way to steer.
To hear your beautiful voice,
Will always be my first choice.
To see your eyes and hair,
Takes away all of my care.
Just to be back with you,
Will turn my sky back to blue.
