What Next

Is there a thing such as love,
If there is why can't I find it.
Should I send my heart above,
or drop it in an endless pit.
Some people are quick to find it,
end up thinking of it as just a fling.
While others keep getting hit,
Coming up with an absolute nothing.
I know everything happens for a reason,
but what is the reason for my life.
It seem like one bad re-run,
Maybe it'll be better in afterlife.
I sometimes feel just so low,
And sometimes I get so bored,
Should I hide in the shadow,
Or walk in the faith of the Lord.
