Please God hear me
Please God be near me
God, don’t let me down
I’m lost and waiting to be found

Please God, show me a way
And make these thoughts go away
I don’t want to be like this anymore
I want life the way it was before

Please God, make me strong
I’ve felt this way for too long
I’m ready for a new stage in life
Please God help me end my strife

Please God take me away from here
I’m listening, I’m ready to hear
I want to be on the right path
I’ve had enough of your wrath

Please God show me love
Give me a miracle from above
Help me break out of this shell
God, don’t leave me lost in Hell

Please God give me peace
Give me comfort from my grief
Please God, make me happy again
Make this shallow life end
