Just a thought

To tickle your brian

So you don't go

Completely insane

 

Why is the grass green

Or the sky blue

Will all our dreams

Really come true

 

Or will they fall by the wayside

When we lose focus

No one to depend on

No one to help us

 

Just a thought

That may cross your mind

Do you ever wish

You could freeze a moment in time

 

To clean up a mess

Or fix a regret

To right a wrong

To repay a debt

 

Maybe you haven't

And that's all good

Maybe you have done

Everything you should

 

I try to learn from everyone

And everything I'm taught

Maybe you should too

But it's just a thought
