Puppets and Masters

Puppets and Masters

A Poem by Mek & the Infinite Madness
"

There are those who dwell in the shadows...

"

...Remnants of daylight has fallen

and the crows heaved a light blackened
Putting forth
dark lords of the night
In their hands pulling the strings
Fear engulfs the lands and
no one dared
forcing each breath to

be sold
for a gold
and the bold left out in the cold

Puppets feast upon the fallen
Whilst men hope not for a dead end
The devil's laugh
fills the twilight
They devour whatever he brings
Soulless...
and they never really cared
for they've been blinded and

told
to behold
all the gold our pockets can hold...
