A poem dedicated to my father who I lost suddenly in January.

Until we meet again
I dwindle in this life
Until we meet again
Disbelief is running rife
Until we meet again
The sun does not shine as bright
before the day when you turned to the light
Until we meet again
Here I will wait
Until we meet again
I attempt to accept your fate
Until we meet again
I continue to believe
That your soul is with me eternally
Even as I grieve.
