Easy to Start

Easy to Start

A Poem by Silentspeaker
"

This one deals with pride..and me like never finishing anything ever..

"
I never did finish that book
Or do that homework
My thoughts go unfinished
Lazy, and arrogant
Somehow learning from my lack of learning

Tides rush in on my sandy inconsistence
Testing the shield known as my pride
Did I ever even start something?
Anything at all?

Maybe, I just don't like goodbyes
And, is that such a bad thing, really?
It's painful to end, and easy to begin
But
