A Poem by Lu

Where are the men
that instead of undressing my body in the dark,
would rather undress the brightest & darkest thoughts
of my mind?
Don't put me to bed
If you refuse to wake me up in the morning
The thing about being human
I'm not an object
Objects are kept in my purse
Where I should lock you away
Until I need an object of my own
Let a spoonful of sugar
help that medicine of yours, go down.
