Baby vampire

Wants your blood

Offer your wrist

Or she'll be pissed!

She came to me

In the dark of night

I tried to flee

For she caused me fright.

Her mouth was open

Fangs showed with pride

Without a nibble

She feared she'd die.

A promise she made

I wouldn't die that day

My blood I did give

So we both may live...

Her protector came

To see the sight

Of the baby vampire

Nibbling away in the night.

His face showed fear

For my death was clear!

He gave me life

Now I am his wife

For that was the plan

Baby Vampire wanted a mom and dad...

This reminds me of Claudia from Interview with a Vampire. It was an interesting read, i loved the ending but would have like the beginning to be a bit more vague, mysterious, maybe leading. But that is a personal style choice, great work as always. It's impressive that you fit an entire story into something so compact.

Oh! This was wonderful Kristy! I loved the simple flow and humorous ending!
I think it also offers human kind a valuble insight into the minds of children and what they really want! Just a happy home! Doesn't matter if it's vampires or anything else.
