Moon Bright Eyes

A romantic poem written to my vampire prince...

 

Your eyes are like the moon

Brightening my night sky

The feeling of happiness

When in your arms I lie

Looking up to the moon

Is like a piccolo perfectly tuned

Piercing the cold night air

But no ears are in despair

Your teeth glitter in the night

Yet your fangs cause me no fright

For Your eyes are like the moon

Lifting my spirit high

In your arms I will forever lie

Just happy to be by your side

Beautiful my dear. I haven't been online in a while to catch up on everyone's work, but this poem was a great opening to more that I'll read today. I was feeling kind of sad this morning, but your poem cheered me up some. When I read it I don't know what it was, but I felt a peacefulness and a soft flow that made my frown turn upside down : ) lol

Hello, I really injoyed this. However I did find one mistake "For (Y)our eyes are like the moon" The y in your does not need to be capt. other then that this was an exalent poem. Really good jod.

I like this. I speaks to me of one who is able to love and be comfortable with someone who is not like everyone else. It speaks of accepting differences and being ok.

I love the happiness that weaves it's way through this! Different from your norm...I liked it alot.
