Vampire or Werewolf? Can they ever work out....

 

The coolness of my skin

Clashes with your fur

I am a vampire

You are a wolf

I don't crave a pack

I have my own clan

My friends are my coven

They've decided my life plan

I'm a vampire

And you are a werewolf

They say not to be with you,

I'm not thinking straight

You and I will begin to hate..

But here I am pondering

If I can live and be

With a damn puppy?

 

What have you done to me?

I can't stop thinking

If we can ever be…

For you are a wolf

I am a vampire

Your teeth scare me

They are far to many

And way too scary

For I only like vampire fangs

The little love scars they leave...

Yet here I am thinking

That a canine isn't so bad

Damn you for noticing me

Damn me for thinking

For A vampire and werewolf

Well, perhaps in the future, through many experiments with genetic splicing, there might be a way for a vamp and a wolf to be compatible. As for now, i can see where you come from on this. It's like the rabbit and the turtle trying to run a three legged race.

You have a slight word issue in line 4 : "Your are a wolf" should be "You are a wolf" or You're a wolf"

I liked the ways that this can relate to many opposites that try to get along in this world of ours.

Vampires and Wolfs coming together in love, I also wonder if that could ever happen arent vamps sensually sexy and the wolfs are raw beast, i wonder if their love would be boring or romantic. This is a good write reading her feelings of how she felt but she couldn't resist. Nicely done
