The Wall Tumbles Down

The Wall Tumbles Down

A Poem by Immortal Beloved

You think you know what makes me happy.

I try to make you happy but it seems to be unsatisfactory.

I stand for love, respect, truth, and honor.

If my biggest mistake in my life was loving you then s**t I guess my love is really that cheap.

It was you that I got to report your rape and I was so f*****g proud of you for that that single event in time made you my hero.

It was you who I treated as an equal not a pet.

It was you I loved and cared about.

It was you that brought your fiancé into the conversation and told me that you didn’t want me anymore.

That hurt me more than you’ll ever know.

Just remember: you’ll never find another guy like me who treated you with respect, love, and care like I did.
