Fallen

Fallen

A Poem by Immortal Beloved

Lost and alone stripped of my innocence.

Unable to confide upon myself for reassurance.

Numb to the feeling I used to call love.

My soul broken and shattered to bits by Oblivion’s hammer.

People stop and stare and I do nothing.

Tormented by my own cowardice.

Beaten by my own fears.

My flowing rhythm slowed to a trickle.

Left to nothing but my home called insanity.
