The Bay

The Bay

A Poem by Paradoxical

Broad waters fill the scene
Ships draw in and out
Blue skies, blue waters

Sweet salty air
Blowing down the beach
Docks full with crowds

Sun, shining bright
Deep in the lands
Sorrow is emptiness

People surf the waves
Singing down the lines
Barefoot on the sand

Puddle in the rocks
Starfish clinging on
Waves lap gently

Sitting at the bay
Thinking of time
Life burrows deep

About
I write because it is my dream to be a writer and I enjoy it. I can pour my heart into a poem or a story and make it as artistic as I want. It's a beautiful thing to have the words to express myself w.. more..
