I Never Want

I never want to close my eyes at night,  because I'm still waiting for the day,  For you to come and drift back to me,  Just to hold me like you used to.  And I never want to go to sleep,  I'm afraid you'll go right past me,  All I can feel is the ghost of your hands,  When you sung me to sleep every night.  I never want to see you again,  because I know you'll have to leave again,  and my heart couldn't handle that...
