The Assignment 2

Greg and his class are paired up to be partners with the 'special' class. But once he actually see's his partner, he is stunned to find a very attractive boy.

The Assignment

 

The class was over within an hour; Danny and I didnt talk much, we just listened to music the whole time. We said our goodbyes, well technically I said goodbye, and left for lunch. i never really noticed him before in the lunch room, but today he kinda stood out.

I sat down at my usual table, sitting with my chatty friends, Jacob, Micheal and Tim had to be my best friends at the table.

We where making random jokes to eachother when I looked away from the table and saw Danny walking out of the lunch line when he had got his food. My eyes followed him as he walked out of the lunchroom.

"I'll be right back guys" I said with a fake smile telling them that nothing was wrong.

They ignored me as I walked away out the lunchroom doors. I spotted Danny walking at the end of the hall, dumping his not touched lunch into the garbadge and walked out the school doors. I snuck over to him and put my hands on his shoulders saying "Boo!"

He jumped while yelping, causing me to stumble backwards a few steps.

"W-what the??" He practically shouted while turning around to see who was the culprit was. He was staring at me for a few seconds and yelled,

"What The Hell Was That?!"

I smiled, sort of out of shock, and happy that I finally got him to talk, no better, shout. His voice was so mature, so husky, it was perfect for him.

I chuckled a bit and walked closer to him.

"Just stalkin' a guy~" I sang patting him on the back.

He grumbled something that shounded like he was growling.

"Hehe...." I said a little scared by his piercing glare.

"Im glad your talking to me now, I really like your voice!" I smiled at him.

He tilted his head to the side and grumbled.

"Why did you throw away your food?"

He shrugged, not looking me in the eye.

"Well where are you going then?" I asked getting annoyed since he went back to motions.

He opened his mouth like he was going to speak, then closed it a minute later.

He shook his head and shrugged.

I sighed and and smiled.

"Come back to lunch and sit with me?" I asked smiling at him.

He twitched a bit and looked up at me. He was about 3 inches shorter than me.

'I..." Danny started.

I quickly grabbed his hand and ran back into the school.

"W-wait!" He struggled.

I led him into the cafeteria and back to my table. My friends looked at him then me. They gave me a 'What the...' kind of look. I ignored it with a little cough then sat down. I didnt peticulary ever care what my friends thought of me, if they didnt like it, they could kiss my a*s.

I dug into my paper bag, and brought out my sandwitch. I always cut it in half, I like it better that way. I gave Danny half and I got the other.

He looked at the sandwitch for a second, not really trusting it; like it was poison or something. I shoved it closer, and he slowly took it from my hand. I gave him a little smile then turned back to my friend, Micheal.

He lifted a eyebrow. I glared at him then shook my head, turning to Jacob.

"So dude, you gonna' come over for a little Modern Warfare?" I asked with temptation.

"Yeah sure, but could I stay the night? My moms boyfriend is spending the night and my room is next to hers soo-"

"Yeah yeah sure" I cut him off not wanting to hear the rest.

"Thanks!" Jacob said with a winning smile.

I rolled my eyes and looked over at Danny who was finishing his part of the sandwitch. I opened a bag of chips and put the open part near him. I nodded with a smile then looked back to my group.

"So dude do you like... Not talk at all?" My friend Joey asked uncalled for.

I saw him twitch, then took my glare to Joey. He playfully put his hands up like 'Just asking'.

"Yes he does. Actually he yelled at me not 10 minutes ago." I smirked.

He quickly travled his vision from his legs to my face. I gave him a promising smile.

I saw a slight smile on his face.

"N-not really... You just snuck up on me..." Danny pouted.

"I was only stalking jeez" I laughed.

I felt stairs looking at us, but didnt turn to face them. I just flipped them off without looking.

"So Danny-Boy, wanna play Modern Warfare at my place today after school? Its Friday, so you dont have to do homework or whatever"

"Uhh... I guess... But I dont know where you live" He sighed.

"Ill take you after schools over!"

"A-ah... Okay... Thanks..." He slightly smiled.

I looked at Jacob who rolled his eyes in a 'Great...' kind of thing. I snapped my fingers at him and shook my head. He sighed and went back to eating.

I followed Danny to his last class, not really following, but my class was also in this direction, so I was walking with him... Im not that much of a stalker.

He both stopped at Science, where I looked at him with a confused stare. He rolled his eyes and walked in.

I never noticed him in this class before! I guess not talking can really drag attention away from you...

I walked in after him sitting 3 rows and 2 seats away from him. I watched as he put his bag on the ground and started to dig through it. He twitched and looked up at me with a brow raised.

I noticed I was stairing and alerted my eyes to my desk as I sat down. Jeez this is going to be trouble some...

Through the period, I would stair at the back of his head and back to the teacher, it seemed I just couldnt keep focus.

I sighed to myself. A second later, I felt a vibrate in my pocket. I dug in and got out my phone.

"Yeah what?" I answered. The teacher was out at the moment for a kid throwing spit balls around.

"Heh... Thats no way to treat an old friend~" A voice came.

"Warren!!" I yelled shooting up out of my seat, catching all the classes stairs. I sat back down calm trying to focus back on my old friend.

"Dude you havent f*****g called in ages!!" I whispered.

"Yeah sorry about that. I just got back from Tokyo, and im in town!"

"Y-you are?! Im coming right now! Meet me at the park!!" I demanded.

"Arnt you still in school?"

"I dont care! Meet me there now!!"

I quickly hung up the phone and made my way to Danny's desk. I grabbed his arm suddenly,

Making him grunt in a little anger. I took out a sharpie and started to write numbers.

"Heres my number, call me in about 2 hours if we are gonna meet up, alright?"

He nodded in responce. I took off out of the room, avoiding my teachers yells for me to come back, but I just really needed to see him...

I ran to the park as fast as I could, I couldnt belive he was back! After 4 years hes back!! I was soo exited to see my old friend. He had been my best friend since first grade. For some odd reason, he stopped all contact with me the past 3 months. I have been worried sick.

I was out of breath by the time I actually made it to the park. There where old couples there enjoying their time, but no sighn of Warren. I saw a bench and quickly took a seat and started to tap my foot with impatience. Each passing minute I would look at my watch and gaze around the park. I started to grind my teeth at the 10 minute limit.

"Hey old bud!" I heard a voice come.

I quickly got up and turned around to see my old friend, but he look much different, so much more mature. I guess he would since we where 10 last time...

I glared at the boy clentching my fists and my face turning bright red. Tears started to come down my cheeks.

I ran to Warren and wrapped my arms around him. I missed this guy soo much. I was actually soo happy I was crying... Jeez...

"Heh... You where always a cry baby..." He chuckled.

"I Missed You Soo Much!! Why Did You Stop Calling Me?!" I shouted into his hoodie.

"Sorry, I broke my phone when I was there and just bought a new one..." He smiled patting my head.

"Your Still A Jerk!!" I shouted, the tears not lightning up.

"Heh, I came here to ask you something actually!"

I picked up my head and looked up at him.

"Would you like to come with me back to Tokyo for a few months?"
