Shelter in Nowhere

Shelter in Nowhere

A Poem by Ilonga

Honey bees trick plants out of their juices...

Blossoms don't care of the wind,

Tearing out their fragrant petals...

Light don't take away my fears

emaciating pain with darkness...

Under heavy devil’s sky

I compel my blood to soak in the city slough.

None is here to write a fable

Of poor creature striving to rebel...

I woe unusual victory in my soul!

Weak and lost nowhere I’m sheltered...
