Like the Identical Wings of A Serephim

Like the Identical Wings of A Serephim

A Poem by Awaken the Sleepwalker

Are we all different?

Or all we all the same?

Why should we all view each other

as completely strange and foreign entities

when something is not the same?

Don't we allhave different thumbprints?

Don'ttwins not even have different features?

Our own insecruity overshadows our halos

and replace our heavanly glow with

the horns of judgemental daemons

What if we rooted from the wings of a serephim?

All the same

           All alike

                 All similar

                       But all unique.

So, why must we be like coyotes?

Looking for the weak and almost dead

to pray upon?

So far from those holy roots

So nerveless to stand up

and diverge from our unholy tendancies

Buried deeply in our idignity

never accepting anyone not like us

So, never accepting anyone but you
