Material Things

Material Things

A Poem by Awaken the Sleepwalker

People hear
you will be happy
if you have your
family

Material
things do not matter.
What if you don't
have any

Family
or material
things to make you
happier?

Living on
the streets, begging for
food, that no one
will give you.

So lonely
since you family
couldn't survive
without food.

What do you
do, when nothing is
just a want and
not a need?

When nothing
is material
make the best of
everything.
