If we don't destroy, we nurture,
Yet we destroy what we nurture, We destroy the bond that holds us into the form of life, We destroy the lives that form the bond, We murder the harrowing echo that begs us to stop, We ignore the painful plea and we chose to ruin. Tell me. If this is life, and if life should live. Why am I right, And why are you wrong? There is a shadow in the distance, the fields are burning, red flames of joy, Why joy? Why relish in the destruction? Beacause we were the destroyers. The tree's that sing songs of anger, will sing songs of revenge. Watching as we persish, as we should... © 2012 LornaAuthor's Note
