Reflections

A Poem by Emme

The orbs form a circle
The pure white capturing my attention
Life flashes in the reflection
The wedding, the laughter, smiles, and dances
The funeral, the sadness, tears
The back and forth of the swing
The lemon pop
The sunset shine draws me back
From my reflection
And continues the present

I am an English major, currently reading and obsessing over Paradise Lost. I've been going through a weird zombie phase lately (is there such a thing as a normal zombie phase?) more..
