Nobody's Home

Nobody's Home

A Poem by Emme
"

Contest Note: Nobody's home, Avril Lavigne

"
I just want to be at home
In myself
But there's no one there.
There's plenty there,
Thought's of life,
Thoughts of stress,
Plans for later,
None of it's life,
None of it's me.
Nobody's home.
I continue to wander within myself,
Find blood, bones, nervous tissue,
But not myself.
