In Many Ways

unrequited love maybe?

As I sit here in my room

Thinking about all the flower petals that continuously fall in spring

My life is speeding by, before long I lose track of time

My mind continuously wondering

I want to be that one special flower in your life

I wish for you to be able to hear me

The only place in which we can fully meet is in my dreams

Why is it that I fear losing what I have not fully caught

What makes you stand out to me so differently from the others?

This beautiful flower in which I want to be for you

To send you love through the color of petals and the wind

My tears fall when it rains,

My heartaches when daybreaks

The stars can no longer hold the story of you like they once did

I outstretch my hand but you can’t quite understand

Who is calling you yet?

I spend my time wondering

Lost in my daydream

What a hopeless romantic

The Sakura trees sway lightly in the wind as the petals rain down

I see your face mixed in with the white and soft pink

I can’t quite bring myself to tell you

In the many ways I may love you
