Dark CloudA Poem by ICEAh, you'll knowMy cloud is dissapating And I feel a poem coming on. But I must resist, This time isn't best, And I know that you can't see why. This ever looming cloud of sorrow Hangs over my head Dooming me to feel this way A love and a talent of art lost The essence of knowing I could be something more And only feeling something lesser of myself. Knowing that in the wake of the day, You're oblivious to the words I don't say. And in all your observation, There is no truth in this game we play. Only deaths of careless souls Who get tangled within a web of lonliness And pain. I feel that I must go on Or the feeling might pass And be gone... And my sanity will cease to be And in the end all I'll be Is Alone. Left in my sorrowful cloud Dooming me to feel this way A love for you A love for my art A love of yours But I'm doomed to lead an immortal existance Under a dreadful cloud. Knowing that I Could do this And feeling a little less incliened to do so. And in all my obeservation The Truth is the sole Lie in this game we play And the truth is what we yourn to feel anyway And a lonely pain of a road I walk on alone. © 2009 ICEReviews
