HopeA Poem by IcYLuVaConfusion fogs my mind,
Love fills my heart, Hope taints my eyes, And Hate tears me apart. The Confusion of what is right, And what is wrong, Threatens me, Consumes me. Telling me I am wrong. The Love that is in my heart, Is critical and skeptical. It only opens on occasion, And even then it's cynical.. There is Hope. Hope is everywhere. Sometimes I have little, And other times I have more to share. The Hate that is inside me. It threatens my soul, But without Hate, there is no Love, And without Love I am not whole. I Have Hope for Love, I Have Hope for Knowledge, And I Have Hope for Truth. I Have Hope for Happiness, But most of all, I Have Hope for You. © 2012 IcYLuVa
