Than the pleasing smile on your face,

Which makes me feel life,

To believe in the positives of life,

Which provides me the strength,

To face all the hurdles with a smile,

To be the best, what i do better than the rest,

I'm not the one with all the qualities,

But your faith in me makes me feel that,

I'm no good without you in my life,

You were with me in the darkest phase of my life,

You were the one who helped me in taking my first step, 

Who helped me in solving my first problem in maths,

Who spent all her savings to fulfill the desires of mine,

You are the one who never complained,

Even when my behaviour was bad,

You have been the most selfless person i have ever witnessed,

I know i'm not the best son ever, but you are the best mother anyone has ever had,

Just one thing i wanna let you know mother,

Deep inside you my life resides,

The time has arrived for me to fulfill my duties as well,

To keep you happy in order to keep myself alive,
