We As Artists

Just a little something that I thought up.

We as artists often feel confused. We feel lost and abandoned. But it has came to my realization today that there is one thing that always stays true to us. Home is wherever creativity takes us.

 

Down the winding path, through obstacles and challenges, creativity takes us all on a wild version of life. Some of us choose to live creativly, and some of us are just born with it. Creativity is nothing that is timed, measured, or clearly understood. The object of creativity is different in all artists.

 

Sometimes artists go through phases when their talent seems to fail them; not coming to them. Maybe it's just that something has jumped in front of us on this path, blocking what lies ahead from view. What if we just defend our paths with our heart, soul, and life? In many situations it is always best to keep a great portion of your creativity to yourself. Do not let your social life damage your talents. Filter your emotion from your social life into one color or series of words, and do not let it move any further.

 

We as artists trip and fall down this beaten path. But we always will find a way to get back on our feet.
