Alone

First Chapter

I was there, but I wasn't there. I could hear, but I couldn't hear. I could talk, but I couldn't talk. And I could see, but at the same time, not see. 
Staring at my poster of Justin Bieber, I heard my baby brother, two, say "Eat, Hannah.!". 
Of course, I wasn't listening. Why should I.? My life was already over. My Grandparents were coming over the following day, and I wouldn't be able to bear the embarrassment. On Friday, my cousin, Stephanie, her dad and Mama were coming. I normally would've been head over heels with joy, excitement, and restlessness. Would I ever come back?  Would this sadness I felt just go away? Sam left when I didn't answer him. 
Closing my eyes, I quietly cried. I could feel the tears racing each other across the bridge of my nose, over my lips, and onto my bed. I'm surprised at the fact that I was able to cry. Would  this pain ever stop?
