A Note

Take this poem as you wish too, let it be about about what you want it to.

A note.
A note is all that's left.
All I hold onto to.
Who caused this theft?

I've lost my sanity,
I've also lost you,
I can't let you go,
But all this is so new.

A dew drop on a leaf,
Enhances it's innocence,
But makes the leaf heavy,
But you left no hints,

When something goes away,
Forever and always,
It's like part of you is dead,
And your blind like in a daze.

I didn't provoke you,
But somebody did,
I'll find them and kill them,
You were just a kid,

There could be a couple of interpretations to this.. but the emotion and the feeling of loss is evident. The imagery in this piece is very well done.. Someone lost, gone away without a hint of a reason why... whether it be a true child or someone with a child-like innocence...
