You Are Not Allowed to Judge Me

You Are Not Allowed to Judge Me

A Poem by LGBT_Proud

Just a little free verse poem

"
What if I told you something?
Something you might not like me for?
There's only one rule I can tell you for this...
You are not alowed to judge me.

I represent a rainbow.
I'm colorful and bright.
Even so, I only come when the rain hits the light.
You are not alowed to judge me.

It's not only my personality, though.
There's something else...
Something I feel I shouldn't share.
You are not alowed to judge me.

I'm a girl.
You are too.
There's something I'd like to tell you but..
You are not alowed to judge me.

When I see you, my cheeks turn red.
My heart skips a beat, I can't help but stare.
I can't talk to you normally, but you don't seem to notice.
You are not alowed to judge me.........

I think you might mean "allowed" to judge. This poem is interesting, and I can see the writer is afraid of being judged and afraid of what people might think of these feelings she's having for her friend. The message is very well communicated and I think overall you did a good job. :)
