Anonymous Feelings

Anonymous Feelings

A Poem by Ian Caithness
"

This poem was once written in quite a disjointed form but I reconsidered the structure and the grammar, revising it. The language remains the same and most of the lines continue to flow easily. Again, this is a poem of love and angst.

"

I live to hear your soothing voice,
I live to see your radiant beauty,
I live to feel your gentle touch,
I live to feel, I live to love,
My heart desires, my heart is beating...

Every time I hear your words
My mind is in a peaceful trance...
My heart begins to feel the love
The love you send

From within your heart

And now I have
Hidden feelings
Just for you,
Love and kindness,
All for you,
Hope and faith,
That you do,
Love me true.

Lust for you,
Lust for warmth,
Lust for times
That never end,
Time with you,
Time well spent,
Time I’ll treasure,
That’s so true.

Author's Note

Ian Caithness
This is a combination of two poems which were written as separate pieces but the combination meant that there was a disjointed, confused flow which added to the sense of anonymity and emotion. Feel free to comment on language, structure, technique and grammar.
