'The 'Rude Bwoy' Walk.

'The 'Rude Bwoy' Walk.

A Poem by Ian Chris
"

This is a poem which celebrates how a way of walking shows the mental strength of a person.

"

The Rude Bwoy' Walk.

The Rude Bwoy Walk

Not to be ashamed

Beneath brown eyes

of this jump-up

Bump-up rhythm

This dignity and essence of our being

Has moved lances with empires

Made the ancient knowledge

Of this world

Within the same rhythm

The same styled brilliance

That lies not only in our bodies

But within the essence of our minds.

A different read from what I end up reading usually ^^. I like it. ^^ All about self confidence and clearly showing it through the walk here. And indeed it is true that sometimes the way we do certain things does clearly portrays our mental state. I just felt like the write was too short, felt like I wanted more, maybe a comparison you know? But then again there would be too many to compare with ^^ I like the flow a lot ^^ Thank you for sharing ^^
