Dead without Dieing

Dead without Dieing

A Poem by I'llPlayTheJuliet

Every memory faded almost gone

then ripped from the deepest darkest hole

in the soul reserved for only the worst of the worst

this was worth burrying no need to remember

the look on his face the way it felt

wanting to scream say no say anything

but nothing came out

open mouth just to let out a gasp

seems like a million years to achieve

wanting to move wanting to pull away

but nothing would obay

turning head just to look away from those eyes

takes every last strength inside

dead without dieing

Slowly the memories re asemble

while everything is falling apart

seeing him his eyes following close behind

Hatful eyes that burned like fire to paper

more painful then any other pain endured

grabbing, hitting, fighing, struggling

nothing hurts more then the feel

or shame, guilt, regret.

Left wondering

hoping

Worrying.

A powerful title and a haunting, dark and sensitive write. You wording is brave, honest and beautiful.

Very good atmosphere, but I suggest a little editing. There are a few misspelled words that detract a bit from the overall presentation. With those brief fixes, it would be a great, prolific write. Very good over all.
