Those Blue Eyes

Those Blue Eyes

A Poem by I'llPlayTheJuliet

In those baked blue eyes

lay all the lies you've sold as love

we're left lost under the cloud of

you're facade you thought you had to create

you've changed is an understatment

when the ones you swore you would die for

are the ones you ditch cheat and lie before

In those blank blue eyes

lay the broken memories

happy was an understament

When you said it you ment it

To bad now a days it seems

things like that are fantisized use-to-bes

In those beautiful blue eyes

lay the peices of Reece

lost somewhere inside deceit

Those peices make it imposible to hate

because those peices put together

are truely something great

This is really good, wanting to hate the person but not being able to. Great poem!

This is a really good poem! I like how it goes from the negative feelings to remembering that parts of the experience were positive and those memories one still holds on to.
