Something You Will Never See

Talk is cheap,

promises weak,

friends are meak.

All is displayed,

underneath these sleeves.

 

Talk I believed,

promises I didn't keep,

friends' bridges now clifs; steap.

All this seen,

underneath these sleeves.

 

Sadness runs deep,

it can't be seen

by just a glance at me,

only if you saw,

underneath these sleeves.

 

Underneath these sleeves,

something you will never see.

Understandable. The structure and subtle rhyme scheme are admirable, and it flows nicely. On the whole a great write.
