Should I Have?

Should I Have?

A Poem by xXxCynicalWarsxXx

It's a melancholic feeling when the world is swaying all around,

And my head is light with buzz of intoxicating sadness.

Should I have loved you this much?

It's a downpour inside of acidic rain when these are closed,

And my body is heavy as I try to move through the mess I've made.

Should I have cried over you this much?

It's a craving to carve your name into my body when the sorrow is too much,

And my weight is like feather's as I rise above the sun.

Should I have let you in this much?

It's love when I'm flying to you,

And it's love when I'm dying for you.

Yes, I should have done everything for you as I do now.

I ask this question often, myself. Beautiful lines; excellent conclusion. I like it.
